How to Order.

Samples. Plain garments and samples can be ordered/paid for via the website, for checking quality, colour and sizes of garments, pior to ordering with embroidery/print as required.

Samples will be credited/fefunded so long as they are returned within 14 days of supply, in their original condition and have not been washed/warn and are undamaged/soiled.  Postage/Carriage of the sample(s) is non refundable.

Embroidered or Printed garments can not be deemed as samples.

We do not accept returns of printed or embroidered items (unless the garment contains a fault, for example).


The website is built to simplyfy the ordering process of printed or embroidered items.
Products are Categorised by Quantity where possible and embroidery/print prices included (as applicable).

If you require specific requirments, e.g. 2 applications of embroidery and a print (for example) we will create your own specific and hidden page within the website for the bespoke costing, and ease of ordering.

Garment orders for embroidery have no seperate origination cost, when ordering more than 24 garments (first order) and no minimums for repeat ordersSome products have a minimum of 12 garments, with origination costs built in.

How do can we pay?

Debit and Credit Cards are accepted via the secure SagePay payment gateway, linked to this sites shopping cart.

BACS Payment is another form of payment we can accept - simply denote this preference in the shopping cart, and use your order confirmation reference number, as the narrative to use on the BACS payment transaction.

Cheques can be sent, accommpanied by a copy of your order.  Please allow for clearance of the cheque, before goods are dispatched.

All first time customers are to pay via the website payment options offered above

Regular customers may apply for credit, after a provisional period (to be agreed) of Pro Forma. Subject to acceptance of your credit application, our terms are strictly 30 days from invoice, with no exceptions.


All of our garments are supplied subject to availability. 

Our garments are procured on an as needs basis, to suit our embroidery/printing production schedules.  Most of our suppliers ship to us on a next day service, others hold their stock off shore, and dispatch to us between on a 3-5 day service.  We stock a very limited number of garments.
