Aptworkwear.co.uk is a trading division of Apt Clothing Company Ltd. Apt Clothing Company Ltd ("ACCL").  ACCL terms and conditions comply with UK legislation, including the new Distance Selling Regulations. They are structured to ensure that customers can shop easily and with confidence. By using this website, you accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice and will not affect your statutory rights.

Accuracy of Content
ACCL make every effort to ensure that specifications and product details are correct and have taken every care to ensure that the colours and photographs shown on this website give a true representation of the garments, though we cannot guarantee this in every case. We reserve the right to make changes to the items shown on this website. The prices quoted on this website are valid for internet sales only and we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

When an order is placed the customer will be notified by email to confirm receipt of the order.

All prices are in £ sterling and exclusive of VAT at 20% . Where VAT is not applicable, this is clearly shown on each product.

All prices shown in this website are exclusive of post and packing, VAT and any promotional offer and discount scheme. Any applicable post and packing and VAT is payable by you in addition to the contract price.

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Orders will only be processed once authorisation has been received. Apt Clothing Co. Ltd reserve the right to decline an order.

Security Statement
Credit card security is one of the top priorities which is why we can guarantee secure ordering for our customers.

ACCL use SagePay, the tried and trusted state of the art, eCommerce solution to process and to protect you and your credit card information. Credit card numbers are encrypted in the SagePay software when the order is placed, and are not held in clear text on any website. SagePay is recognised and approved by all major banks including Barclays, HSBC, National Westminster and The Royal Bank of Scotland.

ACCL will not provide customer credit card information to anyone outside of ACCL unless required to do so by a court ruling.

Privacy Policy
ACCL are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information provided by you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

You can check the information we hold about you by contacting us. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct it or delete it as instructed by you.

Accuracy of Content
Although we endeavour to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the original debit. We have made every effort to display the colours of our clothing ranges as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours that you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately render the exact shade of the product that is delivered to you.

All items are subject to availability. There may be a small delay if on occasion an item is more popular than we expected or our suppliers, without advance warnings, cancel or discontinue styles. In these events you will be offered an alternative or your order may go on 'Back Order' you may also be offered the opportunity to cancel the order if you prefer. We will contact you to discuss your order if necessary.

Goods are delivered by UK Mail (formerly Business Post) Couriers and will require a signature on receipt. If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being in to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made. Furthermore, if the recipient requires a delivery to be redirected, a second delivery charge may also be incurred.

The Delivery Charge amount will be shown separately at the checkout and VAT added.

There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be up to 28 working days. If this problem arises, ACCL will contact you to update you on the progress of your order. Our average turn around time including embroidery production, sampling in advance (for client approval) is 14 days. You will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt of your order when it is delivered .

Non Delivery, Damage in Transit
Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately by e-mail (sales@aptclothing.co.uk). You must keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.

Product Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with any product supplied by ACCL, you should contact us within 5 working days of receipt, by e-mail or telephone. You can return any item of clothing for exchange or refund provided it is unused and returned in its original packaging and you have the Packing List documentation. This returns policy does not apply to altered, personalised (printed or embroidered) or custom-made garments.

Cancellation of Order
You may return any plain product (not embroidered or printed) to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund less original delivery cost providing it is unused and with its original packaging and providing our original invoice has been paid.

To return items to us, simply contact us by e-mail requesting a Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) denoting your original order reference, and/or Company name.

ACCL cannot accept the return of any product or garment that has been embroidered with a logo or personalised in any other way. We also cannot accept the return of any underwear, whether worn or not.

Refunds on an order will be issued as soon as possible. You should allow up-to 14 working days before the refund appears on your card statement. Please allow extra time for certain busy periods during the year.

Force Majeure
ACCL will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that Aptworkwear.co.uk is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the control of ACCL.

Risk and Ownership
The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership of goods remains with ACCL. until payment for the goods are received in full.

We aim to provide a high standard of customer service. If however we do get it wrong we will do everything in our power to put it right! We will acknowledge any complaint submitted to us.
